東京都渋谷区生まれ。
学生時代よりカリフォルニア州に留学し、その後ハワイ・ホノルルにて学びを継続。帰国後、外務省に入省し、政府開発援助（ODA）を担う無償資金協力課にて、開発途上国の病院・学校建設など国際プロジェクトに従事。
在職中に武蔵野美術大学造形学部にてインテリアおよび空間デザインを学び、卒業。

その後、韓国勤務を経てフランスへ海外赴任。退省後は建築・インテリアをより深く学ぶため、アフリカ・ガーナでの短期技術協力を経て、フランス・パリの美術学校にて建築インテリアを学び卒業。フランス滞在中に株式会社エミュウを設立し、建築分野における美術学士号を取得。通算5年間を現地で過ごす。

現在は、株式会社エミュウ代表として経営に携わりながら、日本の木造建築をさらに深めるため、堀部安嗣教授のもと京都芸術大学大学院にて建築を学び、修了。一級建築士事務所にて、公共施設・大学・海外案件の設計補助や事務所秘書業務にも従事。

建築士・デザイナーとして、住宅、クリニック、飲食店舗などの小中規模の商業空間を中心に、建築設計・空間デザインからブランディング、サイン・グラフィック制作までをワンストップで対応。中規模以上の案件においては、一級建築士事務所と連携し、ホテル、工場、公共施設、ヴィラなどの設計も行っている。

また、外国人クライアントが日本で円滑かつスムーズに、適正な建築設計やデザインを実現できるよう、英語対応に強みを持つローカルアーキテクトの専門部門を設立。国内外の学会・展示会では、海外出展者向けのブース設計、ステージデザイン、企画運営から設計・施工監理までを一貫して手がけているほか、海外における建築設計・空間デザインや展示会対応も行っている。

Born in Shibuya, Tokyo.
She studied abroad in California as a student and continued her studies in Honolulu, Hawaii.
After returning to Japan, she joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and worked in the Grant Aid Division, which oversees Official Development Assistance (ODA), engaging in international projects such as the construction of hospitals and schools in developing countries.

While working at the ministry, she studied interior and spatial design at Musashino Art University and graduated with a focus on design.

Following an assignment in South Korea, she was posted to France.
After leaving the ministry, she deepened her architectural and interior design expertise through short-term technical cooperation in Ghana, and later studied architecture and interior design at an art school in Paris.
During her time in France, she founded EMUE design Inc., obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture, and spent a total of five years living and working locally.

Currently, as CEO of EMUE design Inc., she continues to lead the company while also pursuing a deeper understanding of Japanese wooden architecture. She completed her graduate studies in architecture under Professor Yasushi Horibe at Kyoto University of the Arts.
In addition, she has worked at a First-Class Architect Office, assisting in the design of public facilities, university buildings, and international projects, as well as supporting administrative operations.

As an architect and designer, she works across a wide range of small- to medium-scale projects—including residences, clinics, and restaurants—providing comprehensive services from architectural and interior design to branding, signage, and graphic production.
For mid- to large-scale projects, she collaborates with First-Class Architect Offices on hotels, factories, public buildings, and villas.

She also established a specialized division of local architects with strong English proficiency to support foreign clients in Japan, ensuring smooth communication and appropriate design and architectural workflows.
In domestic and international conferences and exhibitions, she provides full-service support—from booth and stage design to planning, management, design, and construction supervision—for overseas exhibitors. She is also involved in architectural and spatial design projects abroad.

  公共施設や大学建築などの設計補助および事務所秘書業務に携わる。
